buy custom Risk Assessment Plan essay

buy custom Risk Assessment Plan essay Introduction There are potential risks both at the workplace and homes. Some risks can be identified and corrected easily, while others can cause life-threatening situations. However, a risk assessment plan provides a defense to identify and prevent hazards that can occur either at the workplace or at home. In addition, most risks occur at the workplace as a result of poor work practices. These practices include violating safe practices at the workplace, overloading and overcrowding, use of defective tools, and poor maintenance of tools and equipment. At any work place, the employees should report any risk to the supervisor to ensure it is fixed on time. Consequently, the supervisor has the responsibility to ensure that the all risks are eliminated. This paper aims at identifying a risk assessment plan for possible risks that occur at the work places. Potential Risks That Exist at the Workplace. The risks that occur at the workplace can be classified into physical, ergonomic, and chemical and biological hazards (Tillman, 2006). Physical Hazards Physical hazards are the most common risks that occur at most workplaces. They include risks from frayed electrical cords, loud noise, spills, and falls. High level of noise at the workplace is risky because it leads to communications difficulties and disturbances to peaceful mind (Tillman, 2006). The risk posed by loud noise occurs mostly in areas such as production areas and workshops. Therefore, it is important that the workers in this area use personal hearing protectors. In addition, loud noises can result from poor maintenance of tools and machinery. To avoid this risk, it is advisable to apply routine maintenance practices such as lubricating the moving parts (Spellman Bieber, 2011). Additionally, infrared electical wires pose a risk of shock when the person touches the unprotected wire. This risk can lead to more danger when a person uses water in a high voltage area. More to say, an electric shock can cause other conditions such as staggering and falling (Spellman Bieber, 2011). Overheated wires can cause sparking and fire. However, in case of electric shock, it is important to switch off the main switches to cut off the flow of current. An electrician should be consulted immediately to ensure all electrical wires are insulated. Attention must be paid when installing electrical devices to lower the risks due to wrong connections and overheating (Tillman, 2006). On the other hand, slipping occurs in situations where there is too little friction that it becomes challenging to maintain an upright posture. The risk is usually related to smooth and even surfaces (Lingard Rowlinson, 2005). It usually occurs in offices when performing duties such as washing and mopping. However, the risk can be reduced by wearing shoes with rough soles. It is useful to avoid detergents when washing such surfaces because they accelerate the rate of spilling. Furthermore, a falling hazard results from raised surfaces. It usually occurs when working above the working level or at unprotected edge and falling from ladders (Spellman Bieber, 2011). Chemical Hazards People can be exposed to hazardous agents in a number of ways. These include direct exposure to substances such as cleaning agents and paints. Secondly, substances generated during work activities such as fumes and smoke from welding have potential harmful effects (Gantt, 2009). On the other hand, hazards posed by biological agents such as bacteria may cause severe effects after a long exposure. Potential consequences of exposure to hazardous agents include skin irritation, loss of consciousness, and allergies (Detels, Gulliford, Karim, Tan, 2015). Chemical hazards occur and cause harm when inhaled, ingested, and after direct contact with the contaminated item. In addition, these hazards cause risks in different way (Detels et al., 2015). For example, a local risk affects only the exposed part, while a systemic effect spreads through the body. Although cumulative risks are not evident on its first exposure, in repeated exposure, they can cause severe effects (Gantt, 2009). The risks associated with chemical and biological hazards can be managed in the following ways. One should assess the risks of the hazardous substance before it is used by understanding the information on package labels that provide guidelines on safe handling and use. Safety precautions should be maintained to reduce the exposure of employees to chemical and biological agents (Detels et al., 2015). Secondly, the employers should ensure that control measures are used and maintained. This involves monitoring the exposure of employees to hazardous materials by carrying out appropriate health surveillance and ensuring that the employees are educated on necessary information, instructions, and training on chemical and biological agents (Gantt, 2009). Additionally, all organizations should take steps to prepare plans and procedures to deal with accidents, incidents, and emergencies. In relation, such chemical and biological hazardous agents should be stored in a restricted area where they can be accessed by the authorized persons only. The employer must also have adequate information about properties and dangers of chemical agents (Lingard Rowlinson, 2005). In addition, chemical stores must be labeled clearly. Finally, they must be disposed of in a way that they will not pose any hazard to people. It is also recommendable to use personal protective devices against chemical exposure in situations where technical measures cannot reduce the risk. Devices such as gas masks, gloves, and gumboots should be efficiently protective and suitable for the work (Gantt, 2009). Buy custom Risk Assessment Plan essay

American X essays

American X essays When driving home on Friday, after watching this movie, all I could think about was racism and how it is still a big problem in the United States and even the world. It made me so upset that people can be this ignorant and narrow-minded in this world today. Knowing that this issue will never go way I want to know research as much as I can to help victims of these careless crimes. Coming from a well diverse background, racism is not a stranger to me. Never experiencing it myself I knew that it was going on, but I had no idea what it lead to. The only knowledge of racism I know in depth comes from reading books and watching moves on the issue. I feel so angry with myself for being so naive on this subject. Not knowing how it fells mentally or physically I cannot relate to this movie. But I am so grateful that I have never had to experienced such violence and hateful act such as this. I had so many mixed emotions after watching this movie that I did not know how to feel. I have never been this angry in my life, knowing that this happens everyday sickens me and I feel discussed that people act and feel this way towards different. I do not know how some one can live with so much hate and anger as these characters live with. No one could benefit from this way of thinking. Racism and hatred always ends with pain and sorrow. This is were I think it all started was when their father educates Derek on Dr. Sweeny class and what kind of person he is. Then when his father dies fighting a fire in a predominately black neighborhood it sits Derek off and he starts to take what his father said in his own hands. Later he meets Cameron who seems to say all the right things at all the right moments in this very crucial time of his life. They both team up to make up a gang of young and naive misfits. The most disturbing and scariest scenes were the ones that encouraged the bonding of the skinheads. It terrified me to know that peopl ...

Personal Development Planning Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Personal Development Planning - Essay Example PDP accommodates a number of approaches towards learning that link planning (the individual’s purposes and goals for accomplishments and learning) and recording (these are experiences, ideas and thoughts that assist the individual to comprehend and evidence the outcomes and process of learning). PDP also links reflection (analysis and evaluation of experiences and the outcomes of learning) and doing (making the actions straight with the intentions) (The Higher Education Academy 2011). List and Schedule of Accessing Readily Accessible Data on the Current Job and Career A personal professional development plan contains three main components and they include pathways, goals and the portfolio (Boreen, Johnson, and Niday 2009, p144). In personal development planning, a portfolio can be used in learning. Thus, a portfolio of learning is concerned with the evidence that learning took place. In other words, it is a physical proof that the learning process took place (Attwood and While 2000, p10). The professional model focuses on the improvement of a particular professional linked with employability in that particular field (Bradley and Clegg 2006, p64). Some of the information or data that can be readily accessed regarding an individual’s current job role and career include job descriptions, person specifications, list of competencies, company literature, professional literature, relevant websites, company, government, news media and others. These data describe the individual and they are the basis for professional development and acquiring professional identity. In other words, they describe the person in full both in academic and non-academic terms. It is a holistic view of the individual and this is what constitutes personal development planning. A List of Academic Journals and Books Source: Bradley, S. & Clegg, S. (2006) Models of personal development planning: Practice and processes. British Educational Research Journal, 32(1), pp57-76. The focus of the journal is on the models of personal development planning. The academic journal offers models that can be used for personal development planning; three models are given and they are academic, employment and professional models. These models are important in developing and enhancing personal development. Thus, in this study, the academic journal will be vital in providing information concerning personal development planning. Source: Boreen, J., Johnson, M. K. & Niday, D. (2009) Mentoring beginning teachers: Guiding, reflecting, coaching, Stenhouse Publishers. The core focus of the book is mentoring beginning teachers and one of the steps used here to mentor them is personal development planning. In regard to personal development planning, the book specifically focuses on individual professional development plan. This section provides beginning teachers with detailed information of how they can become professional teachers. In other words, it offers the current picture of the tea chers (as beginners) and what they aspire to be (that is, professional teachers). Thus, the book is essential for this study. R2 - Essay Example Common causes on the other hand are the common, past and quantifiable variations within a system (Hwang et al. 96). The tool used to help identify both incidences is statistical thinking. Some advantages to using CTQ trees are; transformation of unspecific into specific customer requirements, aid sigma teams to detail wider specifications and it assures the fulfillment of all customer requirements (Graban 63). Advantages of conducting a stakeholder analysis include; one gets to understand the stakeholders better through identifying risks and managing the existing relationships better, one is able to decide and strategize in an effective way, and one is able to accept the actions of stakeholders in an organization in a better way (Hwang et al. 109). The disadvantages are; the analysis yield better results if done continuously, subjective assessment analysis and sometimes some interests of specific stakeholders may not be met (Eckes 110). The payoff matrix represents valuable results like lottery tickets or money for participants (Hwang et al. 43). The matrix is used in experimental games, the participants are given an opportunity to choose to cooperate or un-cooperate, but the final consequences falls on them (Hwang et al. 32). Tools useful in running effective team meetings are OARR objectives, roles and responsibilities as well as agendas. These tools help to have an industrious, valuable, and engaging meeting. These tools will ensure smooth and effective meeting that will cut down costs and save time (Graban 54). Lean standardization advocates that the future needs us to be more efficient in pointing out problems and finding solutions for them (Graban 11). This calls for analysis of processes going into products. Traditional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) was never given priority, and it was disjointed and difficult to understand. How to Be a Successful Working Student Essay Example for Free

How to Be a Successful Working Student Essay How to Be a Successful Working Student To work while studying is something that will really stress you out if you don’t know how to manage your time and settle your priorities. Your life, your work, your relationships all seem to conspire to deny you the time needed to do the reading, the writing, and the classes needed to complete your course of study, or so it seems. However, it doesn’t mean that you have to punish yourself and neglect the enjoyment that is offered by student life. As for me, now that I have to balance my work and my studies, I follow some guiding principles so that as much as possible I would not sacrifice my performance in school and in my work. There are a lot of things to consider before I decide on how I will spend an hour, a minute, or a moment of my day but to manage time does not mean about getting more time, it is about using it more effectively. We can’t control time, but we can always settle what to do with it. Planning my day ahead and knowing what my limitations are, I try to follow a scheduled time so that I won’t be trapped in a situation that is already out of my control. And with other obligations, I know that I have less study time than those students who can spend full-time on study. So, I know that I have to maximize it. There are times here and there which I use to maximize my time. For example, reading a course material on the commute, during the meal break at work, while waiting for the class to start, or in other spare minutes. Since these pockets of times are short-spare time in between tasks, I make my reading materials in a handy format. Then, as much as possible, I try to connect with others. I know that I should not take it all by myself. A good way to combat stress and loneliness is to seek out the company of people whom you know you can have a good time and share your problems with. Those â€Å"pieces of gold†, or the positive and enjoyable moments could lift up my spirits and help me to begin to see things in a new and balanced way. And lastly, I learn to always see things positively. That is a rule of thumb, because if I allow myself to be consumed by negative thoughts, it will only leave me depressed and would not be able to cope up with what my schedule asks of me. To always ask GOD for guidance and acknowledging that I cannot do things by my own. I just always remind myself that I am a student who is working, not a worker who is studying. I always put my studies first before anything because I know that it is one thing that I can hold on in the long run. To work while studying is one opportunity that I know I should be thankful, so now that I am already in this situation and is handling more responsibility, I just see this as a chance to grow and become more of a better, mature person. Any working student may agree with me that it is really hard to balance school and work, so to those who are committing their time fully to their studies, do not envy us when we receive our salaries. Just be grateful because time cannot be bought. That’s one thing that I have learned since I started to become a working student.

Wave- book review :: essays research papers

A BOOK REVIEW of The Wave by Morton Rhue This story, based on a true incident that occurred in a high school in California, demonstrates how easily a group can lose its freedom without even realising it. It all began when their history teacher, Mr. Ben Ross, let them watch a movie on how the Nazis in World War 2 tortured the people who opposed them. To give them a clearer picture, he decided to them in the situation itself. He then introduced an organisation, The Wave, and its motto, â€Å"Strength through discipline, Strength through community and strength through action.† A salute was also introduced to make them feel like a unit, where everyone would be equal. This was most rewarding to their class’ loser, Robert Billings, as the other students often picked on him. As many as two hundred pupils in the school became part of it after Mr. Ross had encouraged his students to recruit more members. The sudden change from a bunch of unruly students to disciplined ones was remarkable. However, a Jewish boy was beaten up in school but Wave members for refusing to participate in its activities. This was followed by a letter by a junior student complaining of threats by his seniors, who were Wave members. Matters became more serious when Robert offered to be Mr. Ross’ bodyguard, and the school football team had incorporated the Wave to improve their team spirit and attitude. Despite their hard work, they still lost 42 to 6. These were printed in the school paper, ‘the Grapevine’, condemning the Wave as a dangerous and mindless movement that suppressed freedom of speech and thought and ran against everything the country was founded on. Mr. Ross finally decided to end this, after incessant persuasion from his wife and two of his students, ‘the Grapevine’ Editor-in-chief Laurie Saunders and her boyfriend David, an ex Wave member. Mr. Ross invited all the Wave members to a rally and gave a speech, at the same time, showing them the same movie the seniors had watched on their first History lesson. He reproached them by saying that they had turned their superiority over non-Wave members.

Ethical Issues Reflection Essay

Organizations today are faced with many issues. A major challenge is dealing with and determining a code of ethics. Ethics involves the study of moral issues and choices (Kinicki, 2009). Many organizations today are faced with unethical behavior that occurs throughout the company. Ethical and unethical conduct is the product of a complex combination of influences (Kinicki, 2009). They stem from the individual who has their own personality and values out to the internal organizational influences such as: organizational culture, ethical codes, and organizational size and also the external organizational influences which are: political/legal, national culture, and environment. The underlying question is â€Å"Why are ethical issues a major concern for an organization?† Ethical issues can cause an organization legal problem. For example the legal issues that News Corp board member Lachian Murdoch is facing, as stated in the Wall Street Journal this week. He is charged with allegations that he was involved in an attempt by the company’s Australian unit to offer favorable coverage in return for political support in the late 1990s (Critchlow, 2011). Murdoch denies any wrong doing and stated he was never involved in lobbying. He stepped down as News Corp’s deputy chief operating officer in 2005, by remained at the company only as a nonexecutive director and a voting stakeholder (Critchlow, 2011). Research shows that illegal and unethical issues happen for several reasons. For example (1) large firms are more likely to commit illegal acts than small firms; (2) although the probability of such wrongdoing increases when resources are scarce, it is greatest when resources are plentiful; (3) illegal behavior is prevalent in fairly stable environments but is more probable in dynamic environments; (4) membership in certain industries and a history of repeated wrongdoing are also associated with illegal acts; and, (5) the type of illegal activity chosen may vary according to the particular combination of environmental and internal conditions under which a firm is operating (Sims, 1992). Other reasons ethical issues are a major concern for organizations is that  it can lead to a potential loss of profit. Experts estimated that U.S. companies lose about $600 billion a year from unethical and criminal behavior (Kinicki, 2009). In order for a business to be considered successful there profit margin has to stay up. On the other hand it has also been shown that a commitment to ethics can be potentially profitable for an organization. Evidence has suggested that profitability is enhanced by a company being honest and having corporate citizenship (Kinicki, 2009). Managers should always be prepared to encourage and focus on improving on-the-job ethics. The number one way they can do this is by behaving in an ethical manner themselves. Managers are role models whose habits and actual behavior send signals about the importance of ethics (Kinicki, 2009). Secondly it is important to develop a meaningful code of ethics. The code of ethics should be given to every employee, and supported by upper management. Also it is a good incentive to offer rewards for compliance and reprimand for noncompliance. Third it would be a great idea to provide each employee with ethics training. Employees can be properly trained to identify and deal with ethical issues through seminars, video, and internet training sessions (Kinicki, 2009). Finally managers should reinforce ethical behavior. For example when you use repetition when teaching children they tend to repeat what they are taught. Therefore if managers reinforce ethical behavior it will become a constant in t he organization. A successful ethics and compliance program improves employee engagement, heightens profitability, and diminishes risk for any company. Whether your organization has an existing compliance program or needs to build one from the bottom up, it is always the right time to make ethics and compliance training a foundation of your business. Love and Diane Essay

Synopsis Love & Diane tells the epic story of a family over three generations. At its heart lies the highly charged relationship between a mother and daughter, desperate for love and forgiveness but caught in a devastating cycle. For Love, the world changed forever when she and her siblings were torn from their mother, Diane. Separated from her family and thrust into a terrifying world of institutions and foster homes, the memory of that moment is more vivid to her than her present life. Ten years have passed since that day and Love and her five siblings have been reunited with their mother. But all have been changed by the years of separation. They are almost strangers to each other and Love is tormented by the thought that it was her fault. At 8 years old she was the one who revealed to a teacher that her mother was an drug addict. Now she is 18 and HIV+. And she has just given birth to a son, Donyaeh. For Love & Diane this baby represents everything good and hopeful for the future. But that hope is mixed with fear. Donyaeh has been born with the HIV virus and months must pass before his final status is known. As Diane struggles to make her family whole again and to realize some of her own dreams, Love seems to be drifting further and further away from her child. Diane, torn by her own guilt over her children’s fate when she was an addict, tries to help and to care for her grandson. But when Diane confides her fears for her daughter to a therapist, the police suddenly appear at the door. Donyaeh is taken from Love’s arms and it seems to the family as if history has repeated itself. Now Love must face the same ordeal her mother had faced years before. She is charged with neglect and must prove to a world of social workers, therapists and prosecutors that she is a fit mother. And Diane must find the courage to turn away from her guilt and grasp a chance to pursue her long-deferred dreams. While the film takes us deep into the life of a single family, it also offers a provocative look at the Byzantine â€Å"system† that aims to help but as often frustrates the family’s attempts to improve their situation. The film differs from many documentaries that deal with the problems facing poor communities in that it eschews â€Å"talking eads† and interviews with â€Å"experts† and aims instead to immerse the viewer in the experiences and thoughts of a family trying to survive and retain autonomy in the face of terrible challenges. Love ; Diane: Inner-City Blues: An Interview with Jennifer Dworkin For over eight years Jennifer Dworkin documented the personal struggles of a recovering crack addict and her troubled daughter in Love ; Diane. Fellow â€Å"long-term† filmmaker Steve James talks with Dworkin about her epic work of American v’rit’ filmmaking. I first heard about Jennifer Dworkin’s Love & Diane when it played at the 2002 New York Film Festival. Though I missed seeing it because I live in Chicago, the word was that this was a special film, one in which the filmmaker spent years intimately following the lives of a family. Since that’s been my own filmmaking â€Å"M. O. ,† I knew this was a documentary I had to see. So in November, when I finally did settle into my seat at Amsterdam’s International Documentary Festival to watch the film, I had pretty high expectations. Love & Diane lived up to them and more. It’s a powerful, uncompromising, yet compassionate portrait of a mother and daughter coping with a hard life in Brooklyn and an even more difficult personal history between them. In the best sense of the word, the film is a throwback to the heyday of cinema v’rit’ filmmaking in the ’60s and early ’70s, When the Maysles were in their prime and young filmmakers like Barbara Kopple were making their mark. Love ; Diane is one of those films where the filmmaker earned such intimate access and the trust of her subjects that it gives viewers a rare and complex glimpse into the lives of people we rarely really see in films. And like most great film subjects, Diane Hazzard and her daughter, Love, continually confound our expectations of what it means to be a â€Å"ghetto mom† or an â€Å"ex-crack addict† or a â€Å"black teenage mother. † Meeting and getting to know the director, Jennifer Dworkin, was one of the pleasures of the Amsterdam festival. My film, Stevie, also played there, and Jennifer and I found unexpected common ground in the stories each of our films tells. Both films deal with troubled family history, struggles between a parent and child, foster care, poverty and the social service and legal systems. Yet, in other ways, Stevie and Love ; Diane, couldn’t be more different. Filmmaker gave me a chance to talk further with Jennifer about her impressive first film and compare notes about how we each went about making such demanding and challenging films. Steve James: How long did you spend on this film? Jennifer Dworkin: You know, I never answer that question. James: Really? Dworkin: No, just kidding [laughs]. If you count directions I started but didn’t end up using in the film, about eight years, including editing. But not full time. James: Of course not. How could one survive? Dworkin: Exactly.

Tobbacco Smoking in Public Places essays

Tobbacco Smoking in Public Places essays Smokers are not only killing themselves, but are also contributing to the deaths of the population around them. If the smokers today, want to kill themselves then let them do it in a closed area. The non-smokers who choose to live a healthy life should not be punished. My argument is that smokers should be banned from doing their nasty and revolting habit in public. People make their livings farming and selling the deadly crop tobacco. My question for all the tobacco farmers out in the world today is: why not grow a crop like corn or something of that nature? If one is not able or does not have the knowledge to grow something beneficial, why not graze cattle or other livestock? There is simply no excuse for it. My Grandfather grew tobacco and even gave some to his brother to smoke out of his rusty old pipe. One afternoon, his brother died, the cause of his death was tobacco or also known as poison. After this incident, my Grandfather felt guilty about his brothers death. He stopped growing his cash crop tobacco, and started raising livestock. He tells me that story every time I visit him at his house. Tobacco farmers are not bad people. The majority of them are really good people, and just dont realize what they are doing to the world and people around them. The farmers are not to blame. The blaming should be credited to the consumers who buy the cigarettes and the cigarette companies, which produce them, but I do think that the farmers can change what they do with their fields. The main benefit of smoking in public is that the cigarette companies receive free advertisement. The public smoker influences the peers around them and obviously brings more consumers to buy cigarettes. When bringing in more consumers, the company expands leading to more jobs. The question is, whats more important: a few more jobs offered or more deaths resulting from cigarettes? ...

To Build or Buy Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1500 words

To Build or Buy - Essay Example In order to run a similar business and attract customers from the other already established stores, one needs tactics and strategies to succeed. One of the main strategies is to start the business and sell goods according to the market trends (Mooney, 2011). In the current world, many things change in the sporting arena, and individuals should take note of these, before deciding on the type of stock to have at the shop. A particular change is the popularity of certain games like football and rugby in the community. Some items from popular games will guarantee an individual better sale as compared to items that are associated with a different game. For instance, rugby and football (soccer) have many supporters as compared to the other games. This shows that there is a higher likelihood for a company or supporter to buy clothes and sporting equipment in bulk from the shop as compared to the other shops. However, it is equally important to stock the shop with all types of games clothing and equipment. To add to the above idea, there is also the need for one to look for buyers of the products at the shop manually (Mooney, 2011). To do this, one will need to draft letters and drop them in various schools requesting a chance to supply gaming clothing and equipment. ... Another good strategy for running the shop is to have a variety of good for the same product. This may help to convince a potential customer to buy any of the variety of the goods available in case the specific item he was looking for is not in stock. Having a shop stocked with a variety of goods also attracts customers. This is because they have a variety of choices to choose from according to their tastes and preferences. To add to this, it is important that the business is known in the society since it is a new venture. To do this, there is a need to carry out a campaign to enlighten individuals on its existence. This can be done through posters, radio announcements, promotions, and all other types of advertisements. Carrying out promotions and advertisements will be very essential in carrying out the advertisements as they involve the public as a whole. The promotions carried out by the business will create a good business image, which will enable the business to gain customers t rust and loyalty. The advertisements will also easily catch people’s attention thus resulting in increased sales at the business venture. As for this line of business, it is good for one to start a new business altogether instead of buying an already existing one. Essentially, an already existing business may have a bad history throughout its existence, which may work against business development and improved sales. Starting a new business allows one to start new links and customer connections with different people who have an interest in the business. One will then have the power to know how to deal with the different parties whether to strengthen the link between them or to weaken it. It will also

Business Strategies by Alex and Doreen Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1500 words

Business Strategies by Alex and Doreen - Essay Example With the company’s total sales of $597,123 compared with the average of best of three of the companies at $653,764 from the CRR, the company could be deduced to be nearly closed, although below, to the average. Since the company ranked third out of eight companies and yet below the average, it would mean the top and second ranking companies may have higher sales revenues than the company. Â  As to what the best companies are doing in terms of strategies, the facts case study is not also clear. There is also no information on industry or company growth from one period compared to others periods for the purpose of deriving information on whether the industry is characterized by growth or not. Â  In term of profitability, the company is observed to be performing less than the industry average using the best of the three from the other companies. With $39,227 as net income compared with $110,254 average of the best of three, the company is less superior. Thus the company can be considered performing less than the average, which indicates the weakness of its strategy. Since the company ranked fifth out of eight firms in terms of net income in relation to sales, it would mean that Sparke Electrical was performing less than half of all the total of the number of companies on the average. Â  Any strength of Sparke Electrical is not evident based on its revenue and profitability performance compared with an average of eight companies in the industry.
